"Last year, I installed 4 on my car (Jetta 1997). On ice and hard snow, there were very good. For the durability, there
look very good, as F600, I got a good confort for the ride and confort. But I recommend Avs Winter (v901), if you like a
better handling and lost a little bit the traction."

"This is my second winter for them on my 2000 Saturn L100 Manual Transmision. I have mixed feelings as they are great in
extreme cold, snow and heavy rain but on dry pavement and if just a little wet they can be scary.
I found if below 35 lbs air pressure very poor traction, especially on any ice, but at 38 lbs they are awsome. Good at
cornering and stability but have to be careful to not lose contol if air pressure a bit low. Of course the ride is very
harsh at this pressure.
Probably will last about 50,000 km which is nothing compared to the F600's that went about 6 years and 90,000 km on 4
different cars and perfomed right to the end. Hmm, something went wrong."

"Civic Ex 2 door Decent traction on ice, Great in the snow, these tires actually were better than the stock all season
tires that came with the car on dry pavement. A little bit of high pitched whinning type noise on wet surfaces- other
than that- I great snow tire."
Review 2:
"I ran 4 arctic alpins for 4 winters I had planned to leave them on this summer to run them out, but 2 of the 4 seperated.
Tread wear remaining was 4 to 5 32nds. The 3rd tire seperated on the 45 minute trip to the tire shop to discuss the
failure of the first two.
I attained 60,000 kms, but never expected the tread seperations. Did not perform well in fresh snow. Some road noise,
they appear to have lasted twice as long as Blizzaks. It is time to decide and purchase replacements for this fall....."
Review 3:
"I have them on all corners of my rear wheel drive Infiniti G35 and WHAT a difference! As mentioned in prevous posts,
they are great in ice and slush.
Haven't tried them in deeper snow yet. Dry handling is more than OK for a winter tire and I personally find them fairly
quiet. I love them so far and would definately recommend them."

Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50 Winterbiter |
Reviews:
"Installed on 99 Windstar. Supurb winter tires. Dry pavement like traction on all but the worst conditions. Tire remains
supple down to -45 C; no flat spot hop on even the coldest mornings.
Tires work exceptionally well with ABS to provide straight controlled stops. One caveat ... winter tire only, so you need
a set of all seasons for the rest of the year."

"2000 Firebird Formula - I live in Connecticut and I have driven my Firebird in every snow storm. I am very impressed
with these tires. They even handle better than my summer tires in the rain."

Reviews:
"These tires were great on all but the very worst of glare ice... but even there, most tires would have problems. These
tires were excellent hard packed snow and handled as well, if not better than many all season tires I have driven on.
If you don't have sheer glare ice (where you would be better off using studds anyway)most of the time, these tires are
the best blend of dry handling, snow controll and ice.
I was able to controll my car better than many 4x4 SUVs could.. you can find out exactly how far you can push the tires
and still have controll, and when they do give way, you know well in advance... I would buy them again."

"Lexus ES300 These tires performed very well in a variety of condition's, especially extreme cold, the tire warmed up
quickly, the tires wear there name "Sport", remarkable."
Review 3:

If it wasn't these tires I'd hit the pedestrians bad !:( A++++ tires for the price."
